Customers must call to VietMotors to report that the bike has been stolen. Within the next day, you must come to our shop, and together we can go to the police station (the one nearest to where the bike was stolen). Customers  are responsible to pay the value of the bike for VietMotors. You don’t need to pay 100% at one time. VietMotors will allow that you can pay monthly, and we will help you by allowing you to rent another bike but at a reduced rate until you have paid the full value of the lost bike. If the police find the bike, or we find the bike, then our shop will refund all the money that you paid for the stolen bike
